No, BooksRun does not provide replacements. However, you can:
Return a purchase order for a refund (if eligible);
Report a damaged order for review by submitting supporting images;
Report receiving a wrong item from the one you ordered;

Please note that we do not accept returns, provide replacements, or issue refunds for the following:
1. Undesired items purchased for less than $15
This includes discretionary reasons such as:
No longer needed
Ordered by mistake
Found a better price
Didn’t like purchase
Item arrived too late
Any other similar non-defect–related reasons
2. Orders outside the 30-day return window
We are unable to process any return, replacement, or refund requests submitted after the 30-day period has expired (the days count starts from the delivery date).
Return shipping costs are not covered for discretionary returns.
Step-by-Step Instructions
If your item is eligible for return (i.e., it does not fall under any of the limitations listed above), please follow the steps below:
Open your order details or log into your account (if applicable).
Press the button “Request return”.

Choose the correct reason for return.

For non-discretionary reasons, such as wrong book, damaged/defective item, please make sure to add a relevant comment and provide more details regarding the issue.
To proceed with return, mark in the field "I have read and agree to Terms & Conditions".

This way, the label will be generated automatically, and you will be able to send the item/s back to our facility.


We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% and the return shipping costs for any refund that is not the result of our error.

If you have a rental order, such items are non-refundable, only purchase orders can be returned for a refund within a framework of our policy. For rental returns, any significant damage differing from the initial condition may result in a damage fee.
