My book arrived damaged/not as expected.

If the book you received from BooksRun is not in the same condition as initially rented/purchased, you can write to us within 7 days of delivery to resolve the matter.

For rental orders, it is essential that you report any damage upon receiving your order, as additional fees may apply in case a rented item is returned in different condition than the one upon shipment.

To help us investigate the issue, please take clear photos of the following:

  • Parts of the item that you are not satisfied with/damaged parts;

  • BooksRun sticker on the back cover or spine;

  • Copyright page or barcode on the back cover.

Ensure the photos are well-lit, focused, and highlight any specific damages clearly, as this aids in the validation and investigation process. Additionally, for stickers, please make sure all the numbers are clear and readable.
