1. Verify the ISBN
You will need to compare the ISBN number listed in your order confirmation with the ISBN on the book received. You can find the ISBN:
On the back cover;
On the copyright page inside the book;
In your order details;
In your order confirmation email.
Note: ISBN is a unique 13-digit number that identifies a specific edition of a book or book-like publication. It can be found on the back cover of each book.
2. Gather the Required Photos
To help us investigate the issue, please take clear photos of the following:
Front cover of the book
Back cover of the book
BooksRun sticker on the back cover or spine
Copyright page or barcode on the back cover
Images of any parts of the book that are damaged or do not match the description
If the BooksRun sticker is missing, please verify whether the book originated from BooksRun by checking your delivery records and order confirmation notification sent from [email protected]. It will contain the information about Seller.
Make sure all text is readable in the images.
3. Contact Customer Support
Once you have verified the mismatch and gathered the images, you will need to report the issue to BooksRun within 7 days of delivery to ensure a timely resolution. If possible, contact BooksRun promptly to begin resolving the issue even sooner.
