Please note that non-expired rental items cannot be returned as buyback. It is a severe violation of our policy, and failing to inform us of this issue may result in charges.
If you have shipped your rental return by creating a buyback order on our website, please write to us at [email protected] as soon as possible, stating the following information:
Your rental and buyback order numbers;
Exact items shipped;
Tracking used to ship the order.
Our team will notify our processing facility regarding the issue to process your rental return as per the standard procedure upon delivery. Your buyback quote for the rental items will be annulled.
In case the payment has already been received for the buyback order with the rental book sold in it, you will need to either dispose of the check, or reject the PayPal payment for the buyback.
Should you keep the payment for the rental book shipped in buyback order, purchase price of the rental book may be charged, as rental orders are non-refundable.
