BooksRun allows you to extend your rental period anytime directly from your order details page.
Please note, rental period extensions cannot be initiated until the rental order has been shipped due to technical limitations. Monitor your order's shipping status for updates.
Step-by-Step Rental Extension Process:
Access Your Account or Go to the Return Page
Registered Users:
Go to BooksRun.com and log into your account using your email and password.
Navigate to the “Rental” tab to view your rental orders.
Click the “Extend my rental” button next to the book you want to extend.
Unregistered Users:
Visit the Return Rental page.
Enter your order number and email address.

Check your email for the order confirmation sent by [email protected].Click the “Extend my rental” button next to the book you want to extend.
Important Notes
Each rental item is extended separately If you have multiple items in one order (e.g., 3 textbooks), each must be extended individually.
Extensions are available at a flat rate of $15 per item for 15 additional days. However, for longer extensions, additional fees may apply depending on the duration. If multiple individual extensions are needed to meet your required term, any extra days necessary may be added free of charge.
If you need an extension for an entire semester or similar long-term needs, you can apply consecutive 15-day extensions to cover the required period.
For such a custom extension, please write to us at [email protected] with your order number and the new deadline you need to set up. If you need to extend only one of the books in your order, please specify the ISBN as well.
