How to delete your account and the data attached to it—on booksrun.com, in the BooksRun Shop app, and the BooksRun: Sell books for cash app. You do not need the app installed to use this page.
In the app
If you have either app installed, delete the account there: Account → Delete account. Deletion starts immediately, and we email you a confirmation. You may find more information in the related article.
Without the app
Removed the app, forgotten your password, or locked out of your account? Email us and we will delete it for you.
Email your deletion request to
Use the subject Account deletion request and include:
the email address on the account
an order number, if you have one at hand
We reply within 24 hours to confirm the cancelation, then delete the account within 30 days.
What we delete, and what we keep
We erase everything our Privacy Policy lists as collected, apart from a small set of invoice and fraud-prevention records we are legally required to hold. That policy names each one and how long we keep it.
