Can you delete my account?

We allow customers full access to delete your account on your own. You also have full control over your personal and contact information within your account settings.

1. Edit your personal information:

You can update your details at any time by logging into your account:

• Change your name, address, or email

• Modify your contact preferences

• All data is confidential and is not shared with third parties

• Receive essential technical notifications but opt out of marketing notifications by using the unsubscribe link in emails.

2. Disable your account:

If you wish to deactivate your account:

1. Open your account details.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page; the "Delete account" button will be located under the "Change password" feature.

   

3. Press the button and confirm deletion.

   

4. The confirmation letter will be sent to your contact email.

For mobile app

In your account, the option to delete the account will appear underneath the "Sign out" button.
