Guest Account Orders (applicable only for purchase or rentals): If you placed an order without registering or logging in to an account, your order will not appear in a subsequently created BooksRun account. To check whether you have an account, simply go to your inbox and search email from [email protected] with the subject "BooksRun registration". If you don't see such emails - the account was not created with this particular email.
Please note: receiving messages from [email protected] does not mean that an account has been created. It means you have specified this particular email to receive updates regarding your order. Only confirmation of registration sent to a particular email can be considered as successful account creation.

However, you can still retrieve details of your purchase through the information provided in your purchase confirmation email by [email protected] or other communications. Simply press the blue button, "View order details".
