Yes, we do ship books to all the facilities mentioned above!
However, before submitting an order for a book, please refer to the checklist supplied below in order to ensure the successful delivery of your purchase.
Verify with the facility that third-party or online purchases are allowed. In some cases, the facility may provide you with a list of approved vendors, and other unidentified deliveries will be disposed of.
Verify what types of books are allowed. Most facilities do not allow hardcover or spiral-bound books, and the edition must be a paperback to be let through. Sometimes, books with dust covers may not be allowed.
Verify whether used items are allowed. We have encountered situations when only brand new, shrink-wrapped books were allowed for deliveries.
Ensure the book you are purchasing is of an approved subject matter. While we sell a wide variety of subjects, there may be a list of restricted subjects for book shipments.
Do not order expedited shipping. Most facilities request the packages to be shipped with USPS, who is our default mail carrier. Expedited shipments, however, are shipped with FedEx and thus may not be accepted upon delivery.
It is best to ensure that the purchased book(s) follow all the restrictions set up by the facility you are shipping to. Otherwise, the package will be returned to sender or, in the worst-case scenario, may be disposed of upon arrival.
Note: Only purchase orders can be made for such shipments.
