No, unfortunately, we cannot send access codes via email. Access codes can only be shipped as unopened physical cards to your postal address. This is due to strict security and policy reasons.

To protect your privacy and prevent misuse, we follow a clear policy:

  • Once the access code is revealed, it:

    • Can be retrieved by the customer at any time.

    • Can be shared with others without our knowledge.

  • Email is not a secure method for sending access codes.

  • Access cards, once opened or scratched, are non-refundable.

We only use trusted mail carriers to deliver sealed access cards to ensure code security and eligibility for return (if unopened).

This policy protects you by:

  • Ensuring only the intended recipient gets access to the code.

  • Preventing fraud or unauthorized use of the access code.

  • Making sure the code remains valid and unused until you open it.
