You can view your order status directly through your BooksRun account or via the order confirmation email. This guide covers checking the status of both direct BooksRun orders and third-party marketplace orders.

Open your email inbox.
Search for a confirmation email from [email protected].
Click the blue “View Order Details” button inside the email.
The order status will be visible on the details page.

Each order goes through several stages. Here’s a breakdown of all possible statuses and what they mean.
Following Up on an Order from a Third-Party Seller
If your order was fulfilled by a third-party seller on BooksRun, the platform can facilitate communication on your behalf.
BooksRun will email the third-party seller and include you in the correspondence via CC.
Make sure to regularly check the inbox of the email address you used when placing the order for updates from the seller.
Understanding Orders Placed on External Platforms
For orders placed through other platforms or marketplaces (e.g., Amazon), BooksRun may have limited ability to assist.
You will need to contact the customer support team of the platform where the order was placed for updates or assistance.
BooksRun can only assist with returns or refunds for orders fulfilled by BooksRun on those marketplaces. This will be done following the refund procedures established by the marketplace.
Pending status
The order has just been created.
The payment has not been yet processed by the bank.
A shipping label has not been generated.
The team will pack your order soon.
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes directly from the order details page.
Not Shipped
Your order has been processed and is currently being packed.
It may have already left the facility with a shipping label.
The tracking number will be active shortly, and you will receive a shipping notification with a link to the tracking information.
Note: All BooksRun orders are shipped promptly within 24 business hours after the order placement. The shipping information including tracking number can be visible a bit later.
Canceled
Your order was canceled due to one of the following reasons:
You requested the cancelation.
The item was out of stock.
A suspicious transaction was detected.
Too many books were purchased or rented (limited to 5 items) in a single order.
You will receive a cancelation confirmation email from [email protected].
Refunds are processed based on your payment method and usually appear within a few business days.
Shipped
The package is in transit via the shipping carrier.
A notification with the tracking information was sent to your contact email address; you may also find the tracking information in your order details.
It may be delivered soon, depending on tracking progress.
The estimated delivery period can be found in your order confirmation email.
Returned
For Purchase orders:
The item was returned following our standard return procedure.
The package could not be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, and was returned to the sender instead.
Refund will be issued within 2-4 business days after the order status is changed to "Returned".
For Rental orders:
The item was returned either:
As part of the standard rental return process, or
Due to shipping issues, such as an invalid address.
