You can request a refund for your eBook order within 14 days after the order placement. For your order to be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Your order has been placed for less than 14 days;
You have read less than 20% of the book;
You have not revealed the supplementary access code provided with the book.
If your order meets all the conditions stated above, the option to cancel your eBook will be available in your order details.
For Registered Users:
Visit your eBook orders page (you might need to log in before proceeding).
For Unregistered Users:
Check your email for the order confirmation sent by [email protected].
Click "View order details"
Under your eBook, click the red "Request refund" button. The button will be available if your order meets the cancelation parameters provided above.
Once the order is canceled, you will receive cancelation confirmation to your contact email address.
Note: It is not possible to sell en eBook to us. Please note that we do not accept such formats of books for our buyback program at all.
