An eBook is a licensed digital, downloadable version of a physical book or textbook produced by the same publisher. If you would like to order an eBook with us, follow the step-by-step guide provided below.
Before placing an order, keep in mind some of the eBook specifics:
Most eBooks are EPUB format. PDF eBooks ready for download are rare, and the eBook format depends on the publisher.
eBooks cannot be printed. If you attempt to print an eBook, there will be a publisher watermark on every page printed.
You can access your eBook on more than one device.
Our eBook provider is VitalSource, and you may access eBooks purchased with us on their Bookshelf app.
1. Find The Book You Want To Buy
You can look up the book you need from the main page on our website by entering the book title or the ISBN.
Be aware: Not all books are available in eBook format. It is up to the publisher to provide electronic copies of their printed titles.
In case the book you are looking for is available in the electronic format, you will see the following option on the item page:

As a rule, eBooks come in two variants: Lifetime Access, meaning you are purchasing the book permanently, and Temporary Access, which means that the eBook will be available for a limited amount of time:
Whether an eBook is available for Lifetime or Temporary access depends solely on the publisher. We, unfortunately, are not able to set up or otherwise influence these terms of ownership.
If you have decided to purchase the item, proceed by clicking "Add to cart button".
From there on, you may either proceed to checkout by clicking "Go to cart" or add more books to your order by clicking "Continue shopping".
You may purchase an eBook without making a BooksRun account. However, if you do have an account with us, make sure to Sign In before proceeding.
2. Confirm Your Order
Choose your preferred payment method and proceed to the checkout.
Pay close attention to the email you are entering! If you enter an incorrect email, you will not be able to access your eBook.

3. Wait For Verification
After placement, all eBook orders are placed on hold for 24 hours for verification purposes. Rest assured that your order will be verified as soon as possible; as a rule, the verification time frame depends on the number of orders in the verification queue.
After the order is successfully verified, a button will appear in your order details to read the eBook.
