You can view your order status directly through your BooksRun account or via order confirmation emails.
For Registered Users:
Log into the eBook Orders section.
The correct status will be specified near the eBook in question.
For Unregistered Users:
Open your email inbox.
Search for a confirmation email from [email protected].
Click the blue “View Order Details” button inside the email.

The order status will be visible on the details page.
When you place an eBook order, it goes through a short verification process before you can start reading. Below is a guide to help you understand what each order status means and what you can do at each stage.
Pending status
The order is being verified for security reasons.
Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.
During this time, the eBook will not be accessible.

Canceled status
Your order was canceled due to one of the following reasons:
You requested the cancelation.
The item was out of stock.
A suspicious transaction was detected.
You will receive a confirmation email from [email protected].

Refunds are processed based on your payment method and usually appear within a few business days.
Shipped status
The verification process is complete.
You can now access and read the eBook immediately.
