How do I access my eBooks?

Your eBooks are available immediately after the order verification. Please note that manual verification typically takes up to 24 hours after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

The access link is provided directly on the website and in the confirmation letter sent to the contact email address specified during the checkout. The way you can access your eBook will depend on whether you are a registered user or not.

  • How Do I Know If I'm a Registered User?

To verify whether you have registered an account with BooksRun, check your email mailbox for registration confirmation email. The subject line of the email will be, "BooksRun registration" and it will be sent from [email protected].

  • I'm Not a Registered User

In case you do not have a registered account, you can access your eBook via the link provided in the order confirmation email. Simply press the blue button 'View Order Details' and you will be redirected to order information.

If you encounter any issues accessing your eBook, ensure that you are using the correct purchase email address. If you're still unable to access the eBook, check for common issues such as manual verification delays.

Tip: If you have a receipt of the payment transaction, but have not received the order confirmation email, it might be that you entered a different email address during the checkout.

Additionally, if technical issues persist, take screenshots of the error messages and share them with BooksRun customer support to expedite the resolution process.

  • Always confirm the ISBN with your instructor to ensure course material compatibility.

  • Avoid revealing or scratching off access codes unless certain of compatibility as redeemed codes cannot be refunded.

  • Use the redeemed publisher code specific to platforms like Pearson+ instead of the general BooksRun code.

If you do have an account with us, you can also locate your eBook order via order confirmation email as stated above. You can also find the eBook directly in your orders in your account (log in if needed):

Your eBook can be accessed using our affiliated VitalSource Bookshelf app. Please refer to the step-by-step guide below on how to access and read your eBook.

  1. Navigate to Bookshelf Online and log into your account or set up a new account.

  2. Once you logged in or created an account, you will be re-directed to the Home page of Bookshelf. Click the "Redeem Code" tab.

  3. Open your BooksRun eBook order by clicking the blue button 'View Order Details' in the confirmation email sent to you and copy the Redeem Code.

  4. Enter the Redeem Code provided in your BooksRun eBook order into the popup window.

  5. Once the code is redeemed, you will be redirected to "My Library" page, where you can find and start reading your book(s).
