Shipping labels are generated automatically by taking into account the total weight of the books in the order. Additional labels are provided for buyback orders over 40 lbs and are supplied in the ratio of 1 label per 40 lbs.
If your buyback is over 40 lbs, the system will provide you with the following notification:
The notification will state your total order weight and how many shipping labels are provided for your order.
The labels will be generated automatically based on the mail carrier you picked during the checkout.
By clicking one of the, "Get label for box" buttons, you will see the QR codes for your shipping labels, as well as options to print the labels yourself.
In case you need to use multiple shipping labels for your order and there is no option to generate additional labels, you may contact our customer support team via our chat widget. Please state your order number and the exact number of shipping labels you need.
