I have accepted the adjustment. Why is my buyback order still under review?

If you have accepted the adjustments and your order is still under review, below you may find the list of reasons as to why your order has not been processed.

Decision has not been made on all the adjustments.

In some cases, more than one book may have adjustments in quotes due to condition discrepancy. When you either accept or decline the adjustment, your decision affects one book only. For your order to be processed, all the adjustments must be either accepted or declined.

Mandatory 48-hour hold period.

In case you have made a decision for all the adjustments and there are still no updates in the order status, the reason is most likely the mandatory 48-hour hold period. It was implemented to give some time to fix things in case any decisions on adjustments have been made by mistake. Additionally, this time is used to ship the books back to you if you have requested a return.

Your order will be processed automatically by the system within 48 hours after the last adjustment have been accepted. The payment is usually issued within 2-4 business days after the order status is changed to "Pending payment".
