Cancelling a buyback order is quick and easy through your account. You can handle everything manually by accessing your order details. Follow the guide below to cancel your order and explore your available options.
Steps to Cancel Your Buyback Order:
Go to the Buyback Orders Page
Log in to your account if you haven’t already.
Navigate to the Buyback Orders page.
Open Your Order Details
Click on the blue “Show details” button next to the order you'd like to cancel.
Initiate Cancelation
Scroll down to find the “Cancel order” button.
Click it to view cancellation options.
Select a Cancelation Option
Choose the option that best fits your situation.
Confirm the cancellation to complete the process.
Note: You can recalculate the quotes if you decide to keep the order. Please note that the option to recalculate the quotes will appear only when the order status reflects 'Canceled'. This action will extend your shipping deadline for 5 additional days.
If the items from a buyback order are already in transit or the order status is "Received", it is not possible to cancel those books. The return is possible only when the item is on dispute. Simply decline the adjustments and start a return.
