In case you have canceled your buyback order, intentionally or by mistake, the cancelation can be reversible. You may change your mind and update your order status on the following conditions:
Within 30 days after the order confirmation, if you have not generated a shipping label for your buyback.
Within the duration of your shipping label, if you have already generated one for your buyback order.
The duration of your shipping label is stated in the confirmation email you receive with the QR code for your shipment:

To update your order, check out your order status and follow the steps below to proceed with the shipping.
Order Has Been Shipped, Canceled By Mistake:
Once an order is shipped, you need to click the "Mark As Shipped" button in order for the system to know that the package have been shipped. In case you have already passed your package to a post office, marked it as shipped and clicked the "Cancel" button by mistake, no further actions are required from your side.
The status of your order will be updated automatically once the package is scanned by the mail carrier, as soon as we receive tracking updates.
Order Has Not Been Shipped, Changed Mind On Canceling:
In case you have not generated the shipping label for your order; or have generated the shipping label, but have not marked the order as shipped yet; once the cancelation is processed, you will need to recalculate your buyback quote.
If you have already shipped the package to the mail carrier, you can click the "Mark as Shipped" button. If you have not shipped your order yet, you will need to click "Recalculate order".

By clicking the "Recalculate" button, you allow our system to re-evaluate the items you are selling, and update the offered quotes based on the most recent offers.
Once the quote update is completed, you will see the following header:

Your order status will be re-set, and you can proceed with shipping. You may open the "Tracking details" tab and mark the order as shipped right here once you ship it.

There Is No Recalculate Button In My Order:
If you do not see the "Recalculate" button in your buyback order, it means the order can no longer be updated and shipped.

This might be either because the shipping label provided has expired, or the 30-day window from the order confirmation date has passed. We kindly advise you to place a new buyback order for the books you wanted to sell.
