2. Verify Check ETA
ETA refers to Estimated Time of Arrival. You can find this information in the payment confirmation notification. Checks typically take 3 to 20 business days to arrive, depending on the proximity of your address to the sender and your mail carrier's timeline. We would advise waiting for the deadline stated there, as in some cases the mail carrier may take a while to deliver your check.

If a check is mailed on July 22, 2025, you should expect it to arrive by August 19, 2025.
Keep in mind: The tracking information in your buyback order details refers to the shipping of your package, not the check. Checks are not supplied with tracking information due to security reasons.
Important: If you request a payment reissue and later receive the original check, please destroy it immediately, as it will no longer be valid. Attempting to cash a canceled check may incur non-refundable charges. Ensure to follow proper procedures to avoid additional fees.

If a reissued check is sent out, it will also take 3 to 20 business days to arrive, depending on your location and mail carrier efficiency.
If the reissued check does not arrive within 20 business days either, you may request another payment reissue following the same procedures.
