If you have found a check issued by BooksRun for one of your buyback orders, please follow this checklist to ensure whether you can still cash it out or not.
1. Inspect For Damage
Make sure the check does not bear any damage, such as tears, stains, severe creases or water damage. All these issues may prevent your check from being scanned properly; we advise against cashing out checks with visible damage.
2. Check Issue Date
In the top right corner of your check, you can find the exact date when the check was issued. As a rule, checks can be validated within 60 days after issue date; if your check is still within this window, you may proceed to cash it out.
3. Contact Support
In case your check cannot be validated due to expired 60-day timeframe, please contact our customer support team via the chat widget/icon in the Help Center for further assistance with check reissue.
When submitting the issue, make sure to state the description of the issue and your order number.
The order number can be found in the bottom left corner of the check.
