Do you have fun with your own life?
How often do you really pay attention and choose things to improve your day?
In 365 Days of Happiness, bestselling author, holistic practitioner, and mindfulness teacher Jacqueline Pirtle has created daily inspirations that help you mindfully work towards living a more vivid experience of daily happiness. Showing that you can put in work to change your life while having fun, the practices are full of whimsy and delight.
Jacqueline decided to spend every day of 2017 devoted to her own happiness. She wrote every single day about the things she does to honor her joy, and used these writings to create this 365 day step-by-step guide so she could teach you how to shift to BE and live in a “high for life” frequency of happiness too—no matter where you are in your life right now. She started writing these for herself, but has a little sneaky intent to touch your heart every day and initiate new learning, understanding, knowledge, and wisdom for you to get closer to your true, authentic happy self.
Through light, bubbly, cheerful passages, each day teaches you to find happiness, use those sour lemons, and shift yourself into a “high for life” frequency where you can reach happiness anywhere at any time.
Here is what readers say:I've always felt that having a book like this, something that gives you that little extra dose of sun light, each day was essential in my life. This one, "365 Days of Happiness," is the one that speaks best for me, based on my mindset, of life in the physical realm. it's so important to have, light workers, like Jacqueline, to remind us that, happiness is readily available to all of us, if we just , first look inside ourselves, and, then look around us, with an open mind, and, clear vision.
My wife, she recently lost her father. That sort of grief can impact your life for quite awhile and in ways you can't predict. I am just no good at saying the things that help with grief, so I started reading to her a day here and there from this book to help her focus on the positive around her. The book is written much like a journal; each day is a new insight or thought exercise to help you recognize the positive that exists even on bad days. This format lends itself well to marathon reading, or just reading one chapter every day for a shot of thoughtfulness. I find the book is useful to me and my wife in this way, rather than racing through the book it works for us better in doses; something to consider and process each day and make our own. The very fact that this book is a celebration of happiness and focusing on finding the happiness that already exists around everyone has helped my wife cope over the last few months better than any words I could share. As for me, I'm a happy guy but I'll admit that this book has helped me as well by giving me new points of view to consider and giving me the words to express myself better with regards to being, and finding, happiness.
I love how it draws our attention to the beauty of everyday life, and how it encourages us to find bliss in the things we encounter every day. What a beautiful daily read to help us shift our mindset and to embrace whatever comes our way.
Jacqueline truly knows how to paint the picture of taking you to your happy place. I highly recommend you purchase this book if you want to truly experience what being happy is all about.
