He has twice served as Chairman of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Real Estate Conferences and has lectured throughout the country. He is the author of the following articles: Section 1031, Tax Deferred Exchanges, Real Estate’s Best Kept Secret, and Tax Relief from Foreclosures and Cancellation of Indebtedness Issues. Professor Rosenfeld continues to act as a consultant in accounting and taxation real estate matters.
