He is the author of the following articles: Section 1031, Tax Deferred Exchanges, Real Estate’s Best Kept Secret, and Tax Relief from Foreclosures and Cancellation of Indebtedness Issues. Professor Rosenfeld continues to act as a consultant in accounting and taxation real estate matters.
