First, it is a beautiful book. The designers and photographers did a marvelous job. Recipes are interesting and tasty but uncomplicated. Ingredients are easy to obtain. Instructions are clear. Summertime is busy, thus, I found the short cooking and prep times very appealing. Some days you want to put a meal everyone will enjoy on the table quickly without spending hours in the kitchen creating a gourmet feast. I’m pleased with FROM GARDEN TO GRILL.
