Dr. Richardson is an associate professor and program chair of applied behavioral sciences, in the school of Professional Studies and Advancement at National Louis University. She has published and presented extensively on leadership and adult learning in accelerated programs. Dr. Richardson’s scholarship has additionally focused on the coming of age of young female leaders and womanhood. She is the founder and president of Girls of Grace Youth Center, and a past recipient of both the ComEd Power of One Neighborhood Hero Award and National Louis University’s outstanding teaching award.
