This is my all-time favorite cookbook. Not only do I love the recipes shared by this talented chef, but I have learned so much about food, spices and eating. I highly recommend this book to every cook.

Excellent on all 3 points.

I'm used to finding recipes in the index and this book isn't structured that way. Nevertheless it still the best of the best.
