Just what I wanted---to get to know great paintings of paintings in my own home.

I like it. I appreciate seeing the paintings in terms of period and medium exclusively, rather than having the text intrude on every page.

There's nothing I dislike about it. I would like to see a Volume Two if anything like that is in the works. My interest is in painting, sculpture, and drawing. I realize this sounds conservative, but I like to get to know the big/famous pieces intimately.
