It is a little hard to follow as it scratches the surface of many events of history in a very concise manner. Yet, it is a good overview. You will just have to dig a little deeper with supplemental resources.

It is in chronological order for main events within a certain topic, and then starts fresh with another topic in another chapter. Example: world history, then geography, then economics, etc.
Things are a bit vague, not going into great detail, but it is well written.

Not as detailed or thorough as I expected for the price I paid.
