There are some good examples and the book is easy to read and not too technical.

Good Organization laid out in the very beginning. Table of contents easily understood. Task list in the beginning makes it easy to identify where the authors are going and their writing is easily readable and understood.

This is actually a really good textbook. Adding additional applicable human examples for the case studies and analyses would help in bringing home the message. But the authors provided some good case studies.
